IdentitySuite - Commercial License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Stefano Pinato ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IdentitySuite (the "Software") under one of the following tiers:

(*) Clients and users are measured as concurrent online.

Limits shown apply to IdentitySuite 3.1 and later. Earlier versions enforce the limits in effect at their release — update the package to benefit from the current limits.

2. Restrictions

• The Free Tier may be used in production environments and commercial products, within its usage limits.
• Standard/Enterprise tiers allow one production installation per license (additional installations require a new license). Staging and development environments may run in Free mode without activating a license.
• Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the Software is prohibited.
• You may not remove copyright notices or licensing enforcement mechanisms.

3. Compliance & Auditing

• Licensor reserves the right to audit usage for compliance.
• Violations will result in license termination and potential legal action.

4. Continuity Commitment

Should IdentitySuite be permanently discontinued, all licenses active at the time of discontinuation will be converted into perpetual licenses for the licensed tier, at no additional cost. For Enterprise licensees, a source code escrow arrangement is available on request.
